Another capture of the G1/G2/G3 event from 27th Feb 2023. After months of clouds, fog, rain, sleet and snow . it's a great reprieve in the form of cold sunny days with amazing clear sky AND G1/G2 solar storm!
This location is 10 min walk from my house, I saw the potential of the vantage point back in Mar 2020 but this is the occasion when aurora is much stronger than the usual light pollution from Stavanger city. It would have been even better had I turned up a couple of hours earlier.
