This cargo ship is picking up smart shipping containers, from a Realm5 (www.realm5.group) owned company, Nexyst 360 (www.nexyst360.com). Nexyst 360 is the essential link between farmers, buyers, and consumers providing a supply chain solution to meet the quality, traceability and sustainability and efficiency goals by utilizing the technology-enabled NexBox process.
Chippewa Valley Bean, shipping dark red kidney beans, and Prairie AquaTech, shipping a high-protein fish food, are two of the customers who will have products going to Europe on the ABB Vanessa. Global 888 provided the international logistics plan utilizing Duluth Cargo Connect and Spliethoff shipping line for this leg of the journey.
