The 2nd of September 2023 was a busy afternoon with cruise ships departing from the Port of Southampton, the following cruise ships in order of sailing were the MSC Cruises "MSC Virtuosa", Princess Cruises "Sky Princess" the P&O Cruise Ship the "Ventura" & the last to sail was another P&O Cruise Ship the "Iona".
The first departing cruise ship was the "MSC Virtuosa" from the Horizon Cruise Terminal shortly after 16:15pm for a 7 Nights Northern Europe Cruise and the first port call on this cruise is Haugesund in Norway.
She was then followed out rather quickly by the "Sky Princess" at about 16:44pm departing from the Queen Elizabeth Cruise Terminal for a 14 Night Mediterranean Cruise and her first port of call is Cadiz in Spain.
Then the P&O Cruise Ship the "Ventura" soon followed by departing from the Mayflower Cruise Terminal just before 17:00pm for a 7 Night Spain, France & Portugal Cruise, first port of call on this cruise is Vigo in Spain.
Lastly another P&O Cruise Ship was the "Iona" just after 18:00pm from the Ocean Cruise Terminal for a 7 Night Cruise to the Norwegian Fjords and her first port of call is Stavanger.
