Day 3 of our Norwegian Fjords cruise on the Carnival Pride began with a boat tour of the incredible Lysefjord. We had some incredible Norwegian waffles and survived the rain to see some fabulous sights. The Pulpit Rock eluded us, as it was shrouded in clouds, but I’m glad we did this excursion instead of that excursion. I imagine the people who went up there didn’t have much of a view!
Back on the ship we had the best burger at sea, and the night included a fantastic show from Carnival Cruise Director and entertainer Chris Williams aka The Flying Scotsman. Chris wasn’t our cruise director on this sailing, but he joined the ship to do his show, and I’m not kidding when I say it was one of the best shows I’ve seen at sea, and easily one of the best, if not the best, show I’ve seen on a Carnival ship. He’s incredible.
