I take you along my ride through some of the most stunning and challenging terrain in the region around Stavanger, Rogaland, Norway.

As I pedaled through steep climbs and technical descents, I needed to push myself at some parts and soaked up the magnificent views around me. The weather was a bit fresh, even freezing, but that didn't stop me from enjoying the ride. What almost stopped me, however, was the nutrition - which I definitely need to improve.

This adventure was all part of my training for an upcoming travel expedition at Seven Serpents, and I couldn't be more excited for what's in store.
