8 April the Johan Castberg FPSO arrived Norway from Sembcorp Marine in Singapore on board the world’s largest transport vessel, Boka Vanguard owned by Boskalis.
The FPSO is 313 meters long, about the lenght of three football fields, and has a production capacity of 190 000 barrels per day. After float of the FPSO will be towed to Aker Solutions at Stord for installation of turret and process modules followed by completion and commisioning.
