In the month of May some enthusiastic locals of the small island of Vassøy arranged a Backyard Ultra, in what must be described in one of the most beautiful sites for running - the small island in the middle of the archipelago of Stavanger. The scenery was beautiful, the voluntary staff helpful, everyone was excited and the weather was perfect. This was most certainly the day, when pain became intense love.
