Video from today’s 2.2 km, 48min open water wild swim in southern Norway. With 5c water temperature, I am covered in 5mm neoprene and comfortable as long as I don’t stop.

My Gear:
- Suit BlueSeventy Helix Thermal
- Gloves and socks C-skins
- Hood Zone3
- Goggles AquaSphere Kayenne
- XL earplugs
- Buoy Zone3 SwimSafety with light, whistle, GoPro camera, safety-blanket and dry-bag for cell phone.
